By accessing or using F5 Assistant and any services provided by Fujigo Software Solutions Company Limited (“Fujigo Software”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including the web application at bot-app.fujigo-soft.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

F5 Assistant is an AI-powered multi-platform marketing automation platform that helps businesses manage their presence across multiple social media and e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee. The Service provides:

• AI-powered chatbot for customer communication
• Automated content creation and posting
• Multi-platform account management
• E-commerce integration (product sync, order management)
• Video content scheduling and publishing
• Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

4.1 Platform Accounts

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Facebook, Zalo). By connecting your third-party accounts, you:

• Authorize us to access your account data through official APIs
• Confirm you have the right to grant this access
• Agree to comply with each platform’s terms of service
• Understand that we act on your behalf when performing actions on these platforms

4.2 TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account through our Service:

• We use TikTok’s official Login Kit for authentication
• We use TikTok’s Content Posting API to publish content on your behalf
• You retain full ownership of your TikTok content
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time through our Settings page
• We comply with TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and API Usage Guidelines

4.3 Shopee Integration

When you connect your Shopee shop:

• We access your shop data through Shopee’s Open Platform API
• We can sync products, orders, and inventory on your behalf
• You retain full ownership of your shop and data
• You can disconnect your shop at any time

4.4 Platform Compliance

You agree to use our Service in compliance with all third-party platform policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts due to your use of our Service.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You May:

• Use the Service for legitimate business and marketing purposes
• Connect your own social media and e-commerce accounts
• Create and schedule content through the Service
• Use AI features to generate content for your business

5.2 You May NOT:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any third-party platform’s terms of service
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from other users
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website.

6.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring AI-generated content is accurate and appropriate before publishing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUJIGO SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fujigo Software from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam.
