Job Description

• Participate in developing and maintaining the company's software projects.
• Assist with programming, testing, and bug fixing under the guidance of team members.
• Coordinate with related departments to deliver and finalize products.
• Research new technologies and deepen your professional knowledge.
• Read and understand technical documentation in English.

Requirements

For the Developer position:

• Basic knowledge of programming.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Basic understanding of databases.

For the Tester position:

• Basic knowledge of software testing.
• Understanding of Test Case, Test Scenario, and Bug Report concepts.
• Careful, meticulous, and with strong analytical thinking.

For the Business Analyst (BA) position:

• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and synthesize information.

• Skills in writing documentation and presenting business requirements are a plus.

Preferred

• Basic communication ability in English or Japanese
• Experience with personal projects or school projects.
• Familiarity with AI is a plus.
