.NET Developer (All Level)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and review technical specifications.
• Participate in solution design and estimation for high-level requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of our .NET-based products.
• Analyze and resolve software issues and defects.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience developing .NET and ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core applications.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Good knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases, OOP, and web application development.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Entity Framework, Restful APIs, Web Services, HTML5/CSS3, and Web API.
• Self-organized, able to provide quality documentation and perform code reviews.
• Experience building, maintaining, and debugging software in production environments.
• Willingness to work onsite at client locations when required.

For Senior Level

• Experience with architectural skills: strong knowledge of software design patterns and architecture.
• Solid understanding of system architecture design and ability to produce technical proposals.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage software development projects.

Preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems.
• Ability to work with one or more other programming languages: Java, PHP, JavaScript, .NET, Python, Golang…
• Experience working with PowerShell in a Windows environment.
• Adaptable, flexible, and up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in software and technology.
• Knowledge of database programming with PL/SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and mastering diverse web technologies.
• Ability to estimate projects based on user requirement documents.
• Team management skills.
• Strong English skills; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
